I LOATHE IT!!! Some of them do come with "Remove-You" or "Unsubscribe" services, but but but... DO NOT do that. Many of these services are at best a scam and at worst some kinda live address confirmation systems for the spammers. Many of them just pretend to be anti-spam sites which claim to be able to remove your address from the spammers' lists; ya will eventually receive even more spam from then.
