Backpack online

Yesterday went Queenway and Tiong Bahru (both in SINGAPORE) to look for a backpack. However i didn't manage to get any. There were too many designs and i wasn't sure which one to buy. I heard a man complainin' abt the saleman's bad attitude outside one of the shops. I agreed with him after my experience. I asked a saleman for the price of a backpack and he answered "$200+, if you really want, then I will give you the discounted price" and walked away. So I still didn't get the price after, unless I would wanna tell him "Please... I really desperately want this bag, can you kindly give me the exact discounted price?" So anyway i didn't do tat n left without knowin' the price. Went to catch a late movie with Irene, "When in Rome". Pretty hilarious show. =)

Today i purchased this North Face backpack online. I actually prefer to shop online especially for these kinda brands which you won't be able to get much varieties at those shops in Singapore. Yes however i gotta pay for the international shipping fee (from US, about S$70) so it's not any or much cheaper. This model may not be sold in Singapore anyway. I particularly like this model which is very light and durable as it's using the airbag fabric. It looks huge in the picture but it's not tat huge compares to many other models which are usually taller in height. This model is popular for self-propelled climbs up steep mountains.

Gay friend

Recently a gd friend confessed to me tat he's a gay. He was my dragonboat's mate. I'm not against gays n i do not mind having a friend who is a gay as long as he leaves me alone (in the sense tat he's not involving me in his gay's activities and talks). The first few times on msn he was addressing me as "darling"... etc. but i would never take tat seriously as i took it as a joke n i didn't know he's a gay back then.

After several months he was still addressing me as "darling" on msn so i started to find it kinda fishy n gross, therefore i didn't bother to reply him most of the time fr then. UNTIL recently he haf been getting a step further by askin' me to help him blowjob. He was testin' my patience... last week i got so pissed off tat i really fell out with him. I told him i really can't help him on tat, but maybe my dog could help him. I'm really disappointed as i had always been takin' him as one of my gd friends. I dunno wat was wrong with him, maybe he was bored, desperate, n not able to find a gay partner, but still there's no reason to harass his own friend. I didn't tell him off for many times bcos i cherished our friendship n didn't wanna lose him as a friend. Anyway i won't tell any of our mutual friends who he is in order not to ruin his reputation, tats the last i wld do for him as a friend.

Farewell dinner with lab mates

Today i had my farewell dinner with my lab mates, probably my last meal with them. I will definitely miss them. =) I m really really... glad to know these people.

Haraguchi san was givin' a lovely smile...

The menu.

Sasaki san was enjoyin' the meal...

Fukushi san too...

As ya can see, the food portions in Japan are usually pathetically small...
This was shared by all of us... so it wasn't much too.
same here...
and here...

Finally the desert was for individual, everyone had one... tempura ice-cream. Really awesome i luv this dish, tempura with ice-cream in it.
So it costs about 31,000yen (S$480). Yes quality of food was pretty gd, jus tat quantity was small... not tat full, i m still eatin' banana now. =) However i still enjoyed the dinner with the people. Thank ya so much people...

Farewell dinner with Kumazawa

Today went for my farewell dinner wif Prof Kumazawa. My actual farewell party is on the comin' Friday but he can't join us on tat day, so he had it with me today. I really wanna thank him here again for the awesome dinner. He (or many Japanese) is really polite, he said he was lucky to have me workin' with him all these months. Its my great honor too to work under him. =)

Weather is cold these few days, yesterday it was snowin' again... was so terrible bcos i was shiverin' while walkin' back to the dorm even though i already dressed up like an astronaut. =( I can't stand cold... i m more a summer person.

Can't take it anymore

Jus now had a conversation with Irene. One of the sentences she typed "V v v gd fd", so i thought she meant "Very very very good friend", but she actually meant "Very very very good food". I explained to her nicely tat i wldn't be able to figure tat out as there could be several combinations fr these words. And you know wat, she got very pissed off and threw her temper at me n said it was my fault tat i didn't understand.... n her friends could understand blah blah...

I really can't take it when ppl r so stubborn, n she pointed back at me "You are stubborn", ok so i am stubborn then. And yeah maybe i m too stupid tat i didn't understand her, so i really wanna put this to a stop, enough is enough. Some people jus ONLY like to hear the good stuff, so ok she is the best, n she wasn't at fault, all my fault tat i m too stupid.
