Met up Malcolm n we went dragonboat trainin' together today. I'm beginnin' 2 like the trainin', 10 mins non-stop rowin' (x3 sets) were kinda cool, but i wasn't tat tired to be frank... can't wait 4 next week 15 mins non-stop rowin'. I reckon we need 2 build up our stamina... well done coach... tats the way!!
Met up my gd friend Jasmine rite after, as she has a chalet in Pasir ris. I didn't see her for like... 2 yrs?!?! She is an amazin' friend... surprisingly she knows alot abt me, n she claimed to be one of my blog's readers!! :) We had so much to catch up... n after tat i walked her bk to her chalet.
