Early mornin' i received an email tat my conf paper was rejected... after mthssss... of waitin'. Kinda disappointed... but with Alex's kind words... i m feelin' much better. Alex's paper got accepted... really happy for him too. We went US for conference last year which was pretty much fun although the place was quite uninterestin' n monotonous, n the long journey n flights were terrible... but at least we went together... chattin' throughout... so not too bad though. After meetin' up wif Alex, i met up wif Tien 2 discuss abt his FYP presentation 4 next week.
Met Irene for dinner, which she drove me to Holland Village's sushi tei. Dun rem when was the last time i came to Holland Village... n i cldn't recognise the place at all.
Oh i was spendin' too much again last mth. Jus the credit card's bill alone i hit $502. Time to save... yes its inflation.
