Life is jus so vulnerable

Bad day today, sprained my ankle when i stumbled over an unknown object, it hurts so much now. Sunday has a run, n i hope i can run by then. Life is jus so vulnerable and it's like a champagne glass, a slight push n it breaks into pieces, so treat each day as if it were yr last as ya dunno abt tomorrow.

Yesterday a friend jus told me abt another friend of ours (dun wanna mention her name here) who has recently found a lump somewhere in her body which i dun wanna mention where too. Some friends still dunno abt this matter n we dun wanna tell everyone for several reasons. She needs op n of cos she's devastated n worried, who wun? I dunno how to console her n i dun wanna ask her too for the time being. I hope she'll get well soon. For all the christian, buddhism, taoism, islam, judaism, hinduism, confucianism, jainism, sikhism, neopaganism, or watever religions out there, pls help me to pray for her, thank ya very much.
