Future Punggol

In future Punggol (Singapore) will be a very beautiful place. Have ya been to the Punggol waterway? I cycled there several times, really cool. In future (abt 3 years from now) it will have a huge shopping about 3 times the size of Wisma Atria, offering 4 levels of entertainments, alfresco dinings and shoppings. It is also known as the very First Eco town in Singapore. People like me who like outdoor activities (e.g. jog, cycle, watersports) will be tempted to live there, a place in paradise... Can I get a penthouse there??? =)
