Party evenin'

Yesterday mornin' i went joggin' at the park with Joel. In the evenin' we were havin' a party, so many ppl n we took lotsa lotsaaaa... pics. It was like a dinner & dance, followed by karaoke session. It ended at 1.30am... so tired, but i really enjoyed myself... seein' all these awesome friends again.

Met my mps friends

Today i met my mps friends, i brought along the chocolates i bought from Texas San Antonio for them. So happy to see them again. :) I went to uni earlier this mornin', jus for the seminar talks. Met Alex for lunch n then back home. Uni is gettin' more n more borin'. I tried to meet Prof Yow this week to discuss our work but he wasn't free throughout the week.... sigh... uni life...!!!

Back fr States

Jus touched down at the airport not long ago. The 30++ total hrs of flights includin' the waitin' time for the transits were dreadful n killin' me... fr San Antonio to Chicago to Hongkong to Singapore. Finally I m back home safely, thank God. Alex was with me througout the trip, so at least not too bad, havin' someone to talk to. We weren't tat fascinated wif the trip, though lotsa ppl jus ravin' to visit the States. I bought back some gifts n t-shirts. I took some pics durin' the trip but the memory card was kinda not workin' n i cldn't transfer the pics to my computer, will try again later.

Goin' US Texas this weekend

Flyin' to US Texas this weekend for international conference. I gotta present one of the research work to over hundreds of ppl from all ard the world. Up to now i've not finished my preparation. :( Went sushi wif Chongyan again this evenin'. My sista is goin' US too, she is takin' first class seat (over S$10,000) ,while i m takin' economic class seat (S$2000) paid by the sch. :( See the diff? No choice... i'm a student.

Bein' mistaken as a burglar!

This mornin' I passed by Sharon’s hse, n I rem I had not seen her 4 quite a while. So I thought of givin’ her a surprise by sneakin’ into her hse. It wasn’t difficult as the wall was pretty low. I called her on her mobile jus to make sure she was ard at home. But her maid caught me when I was abt to jump in, she was kinda bewildered n screamed “AHhhhhhh…”. I quickly stopped her n explained to her tat i came 4 Sharon. She stopped 4 a moment n I guess she didn’t get me n started screamin’ again. If I were really a robber, she wld be killed 4 makin’ so much noise. Nevertheless, my plan was ruined n Sharon came out of the hse. After resolvin’ the misunderstandin’, I asked the maid again if I do look like a burglar. She didn’t ans n I guess she ans it in her head “Yes, ya look like a God damn terrorist”. :( My self-esteem suffered!! Went 4 a walk with Sharon at the beach. Chatted wif her abt some sch problems which i m currently facin'. I'm bein' given a gd opportunity in a huge project, but i need to betray someone n leave him for gd. All friends so far encouraged me to do tat 4 my gd, but i really can't n dun wanna do tat. I may haf to give tat opportunity up. I may never haf this kinda once in a lifetime opportunity again, but i know if i betray him, i'll feel bad abt it for life!!

Sushi n swimmin' day!

Met up with Chongyan today, we went sushi n swimmin' at Tampines. See the softshell crabs? Pretty gd... i quite like it. Chongyan got a bag at Tampines mall, quite cool! I m not really in gd mood today, thanks Chongyan for bein' wif me for the day. N thanks Bryan too for consolin' me. Joggin' wif Bryan was cool too yesterday. Another one i wanna thank is Jaslyn. She is really really an awesome friend 2 haf. I was bored at uni... n she suggested to come uni to acc me... she stays at Tampines n willin' 2 travel down to Boonlay... which gal wld do tat? She's really so nice n friendly. A simple gal like her can be really cool... Chongyan agree too.

house party tomorrow

Mum is throwing a house party tomorrow, abt 70+ ppl i heard, will haf lotsa foods, some ordered buffets n some homemade. There r like 10 packets of chickens in the kitchen now... i dunno wat they r gonna do with it... it looks like a restaurant now in the kitchen. I luv the apples n oranges more than anything else in the kitchen. :P It was like an open hse here today... ppl deliverin' stuffs here... n mum's friends in n out... busy preparin' for tomorrow. I m sure mum will be very happy tmr... with all her friends here, i'll be happy for her too. Maybe i should throw a party too, invite all my friends here. But wats so fun abt tat? I still dun get it, gonna think abt it!
